Today I want to talk about how to plan an internet marketing website the right way.

When I ask people, what business they trying to make, I get these answers a lot:
"I am making a PPC business" Or "I am making a Twitter business".
You need to understand that this is not a business, it's just a method of getting traffic. They have no business plan.
Their business looks like this:

Their mistakes:

• They have only one traffic source. 
• Their website doesn't give a lot of value to the visitors and don't convert vary well.
• They have only one monetization source.

When one a traffic/monetization source doesn't work properly they don't make any money, and they move on to buy another eBook or something...

A good Internet business should look like this:

• Multiple traffic sources
• Website that gives value and convert well.
• Multiple monetization sources.

Now you know how a perfect internet marketing business should look like. Make sure you do it right.

Is Your Niche The Right Niche?? Find Out Here

I promised that I will write a post about how to choose a niche in the "Conversational Guerrilla Marketing" post. So here it is.

Choosing the right niche is a very crucial step. Here's why - You can work like a dog on a website, build links, add content and so on... but still, you won't make any money.
Your niche needs to follow 4 simple thumb rules.

Here they are:


1. Your niche needs to be a niche. Let me tell you what I mean. By definition a niche is a sub-sub-category.
You have 4 main categories for products:
1. Hobbies
2. Finance
3. Relationship
4. Health

After you choose one of them, you go deeper for at list 2 levels. For example: Finance>Internet Marketing>SEO>SEO Link building.
Why is it so important to? Because if you go broad (Like building a website on general health tips) you will have too much competition.
But remember that going for a very small niche might mean that you will not have enough traffic. You got to have the perfect balance between competition and traffic volume.

2. Is there a big enoughe market for your niche? Simply go to adword keyword tool and search your niche. You can than see the search volume. The more search volume the more traffic you can get theoretically.

3. Is it a "buyers" market? You can find markets that have a lot of traffic and very low competition but after you get a lot of traffic you see that there are no sales. In the astrology niche for example people are mainly looking for free information.
You can check if it's a buyers market on the adword keyword tool. Add "estimated CPC" and there you can see how much people are paying to advertise. The more they are willing to pay the more they probably get from it. They won't pay $3 a click if nobody is buying, right?
Remember, if the CPC is too high the competition will be too.

4. Competition. This one is very important. If you have too much competition and you get zero traffic you won't make a dime no matter what. You can estimate the traffic by simply searching the keyword on google using exact phrase (Like that - "Keyword").
If you are using social media to drive traffic the competition is less important.

Make sure you choose a topic that you like. Enjoying the work make the chances of success much higher.

One last thing. Remember that you are building a "niche" website. Not a product website. If you are building a website/blog you want to write content about the niche and not about a specific product over and over again. You CAN use clickbank marketplace to get good niche ideas, but the blog/site should be about the niche. That way you will have the option to advertise different affiliate offers over time, and the content will give much more value to the readers.

Make Your First Dollar The Simple Way. Conversational Guerrilla Marketing.

Conversational Marketing

Before we start, I have a question for you. How many Information products about Internet marketing do you have on your hard drive?

1…?  2…? I guess not. Probably more like 10-20 if you're new at this.

There are so many information product, so many "gurus" who promise you everything that it can almost make you dizzy.

In this blog I am going to talk about many strategies that will make you money online. SEO, PPC, Social media etc, and sometimes, I will even recommend an Information product, If I know it's really good, but you need to control yourself and complete one project before moving on to the next. If you have already made money online and you have a strong base for internet marketing, you can move on to more complicated strategies like the ones I mention at the previous paragraph. If you still don't make any money, you should start with the real basic techniques. A lot of people just learn SEO, Social media, PPC and so on, without getting the main concept of how Internet Marketing actually works. You probably asking now – "what the hell is conversational Guerrilla marketing?"

Let me tell you.

The most successful marketers always say – "Enter the conversation going on in the customer's mind". That’s where the term conversational marketing came from. giving people the information they need.

And what is guerrilla marketing? Guerrilla marketing is when you just push your website link everywhere you can in order to get traffic. It's all about keeping it simple.

We are not going to use SEO or paid traffic. We don't care about Google, we only care about our visitors and give them as much value as we can.

So here is the process of conversational guerrilla marketing:

1. Choose a niche. You can look for info about it on Google or read this

2. Choose a name for the website. Not very critical step…

3. Open a blog. If you know how to make a wordpress blog with hosting, do it. If not, you can do it for free on wordpress.com.

4. Look on forums, "the name of your niche + forum".

For example: "SEO link building forum"

5. Write 30 questions/topics they talk about on the forums. I know it's not easy, but it's essential.

6. Go to article directories (Like ezinearticles.com or goarticles.com).

Than find 30 articles for the 30 topics/question.

You can go to Google and search "topic/question site:ezinearticles.com"

For example: SEO link building site:ezinearticles.com

Yes. Your blog will have duplicated content, but you don't care because we won't get our traffic from google anyway.

7. Schedule your articles one each day for 30 days with wordpress.

8. Put banner ads with affiliate offers related to your niche. I recommend CPA (Pay per leads). You can try Copeac or MediaTrust. If they rejected your application you can try other smaller CPA networks or just go to clickbank. You can also use adsense instead if you want but you will probably make more profit with CPA.

9. Go to the forums you have found and put a link to your blog in the signature.

10. This is the hardest and most crucial part – Post 20 forum comments/answers a day. You really need to help people. It's simple, but not easy (this is the guerilla part).

This is it. So let's do some math.

You should get about 5% clicks on the banners. About 30% will convert (If It's pay per lead). It means you will get about $2 for 100 visitors.

If you get 5 visitors for every forum comment and you make 20/day you should get 100 visitors per day. This is $2 a day.

This is worst case scenario. You might get up to $10 a day.

It might not sound much but it's not about making you rich right now, It's about two things:

1. Learning
2. Proving to yourself that you can make money online.
3. Creating a cashflow that you will than use to create better internet businesses.
4. Once you made money online you can duplicate the process again and again for more profit. It's only a matter of time till those $10/day will turn to $1000/day.

If you didn't make a single dollar online yet, you will not find a better way to start. Trust me.

A lot of people try to find the next big SEO technique that will get their site to the top of Google first page. I am sure you tried it too and didn't succeed.

So first of all, remember that you will NOT make any money online if you don't give value to your readers. Give and you shell receive. Simple equation. You want to make money, Give value. Google will find it and will rate it very high.
As you can see, in this blog, I only gave quality information for free. I don't even think about SEO at this point.

After you have a website that gives a lost of value to your visitors, than you should start working on SEO.

Focus Focus Focus - The Missing Factor In Your Success!

Hey everybody. I'm glad you're here. In the next few days I am going to talk a lot about the reasons that most internet marketers fail miserably.

I guess you still don't make money online or at list not enough money. How do I know? You're here... reading this post. Don't worry it's not your fault for not succeeding yet. Even the most successful entrepreneur in world started somewhere. Just keep going. It might take month or two... or even a full year. It's doesn't really matter because the result worth it all.

The first thing you need to do in order to get one step closer to your goal... Is simply having a goal. Yes. It's that simple and that important. You need a game plan.

It doesn't really matter if you're doing, blog methods, social media, PPC, SEO or anything else, you need to focus on your money-making-module and keep going until you finish your project.

Take a notebook, than think about the method you follow, and write it. After you have fully understand how it works, make yourself goals for next month, next week and at the end, what are you going to do right NOW.

After you have your goals organized, keep tracking you progress. Don't give up until you finish them all and don't let any distraction getting you off track.
