Product creation can be over-complicated as if there is some arcane process at work bound round with secrets only a few know. Actually, creating products is no more difficult that creating content if you use it correctly.
1. Think of this as your basic process: create some articles on one topic, each dealing with a different aspect of that topic. Put them into some order. For example, the order could be by time, explaining a process, or by priority, giving the most important information first. Call these chapters, make a PDF, and you've created a useful ebook or report. Put in information, at some point, which can't, as far as you know, be found anywhere else, or is not explained in the way you do. You then have an original or unique product.
2. Scale this up. Create several ebooks, preferably related in some way, such as about your niche. Package them in an offer as a complete product. Then, as part of this offer, or as a related bonus, offer an MP3 of some or all the ebooks. Scale it up again by offering, separately or part of the same offer, videos demonstrating aspects of the ebooks' contents.
3. Move onto a new level by writing and producing more, probably more complex, information in different forms, and offering it all as an online course. This course could be available as one download for a one-off price, or as a membership where customers pay monthly and receive monthly issues of information. Scale this up further by offering support or coaching on the same material as part of the course or as a separate offer.
