Starting out publishing an ezine can be puzzling as to organization and content. Yet you need to get going in the right way to feel confident about it. 3. Since you'll be setting up your issues ahead of time, you need to make sure your contents will not get out of date. So, include stuff which will still be relevant and useful at least months later, and probably years later. Any more immediately relevant contents can be sent in Broadcasts. Think about someone reading it in a year's time and how they'll still be able to learn from and use what you send them.
4. You might have to test the frequency you send out your ezine. Once or twice a week is probably OK, remembering you can still send out regular Broadcasts with up to date news and offers. Subscribers who join your ezine at any time will all start with the first issue and be sent other issues in turn, as you have put them in the autoresponder. So, if each issue is timed for 7 days from the previous issue, then subscribers will get your ezine once a week from when they sign up.
